  Il Cliente riceverà copia della richiesta all'indirizzo inserito nel modulo.  Vi pregiamo di verificare l'esatezza dei dati inseriti

PAYMENT CONDITIONS AND BOOKING

“Peschiera Transfer” has a twenty years experience in the transport service, we guarantee the reliability you need for your transfer!
We perfectly know the area and the region where we travel and we can satisfy all the clients requests . Whenever you’ll travel with us you will feel in good hands, you and the rest of your family. Wishing you a nice stay at the lake Garda, or at any other place around, Peschiera Transfer remain at your disposal for further information.
Dear Client, filling the module above doesn’t implicate a definite deal with Peschiera Transfer, as long as we will send you the confirmation of your booking. After verifying your application and checking the availability we will confirm you the transfer booking . Once you will send us your authorization for completing the booking, we will send you a module named Pay Pal ( the more safety way to transfer money) to make a deposit as a guarantee . (Examples: € 20,00 for the transfer from Verona or Brescia Airport, € 40,00 for transfer from Bergamo Airport or nearby, € 60,00/70,00 for transfer from Milano Malpensa/Linate Airport or nearby) .
The money must be transmitted no later than 3 days before the date of the transfer requested. Obviously, the amount given as a deposit , will be deduct from the total amount .
If you have requested a return ticket, the amount as a guarantee will be deduct from the total amount after the way back.
Our transfer services are paid to the driver or during the booking procedure.
Peschiera Transfer doesn’t ask for a supplement or an extra amount when occur :
• Flight delay
• Substitution or modification of the date or time of arrival (only if communicated 3 days before the transfer service)
• Changing of the airport of arrival, with a similar distance/km of the airport told in the beginning .
• Short break ex. 5 minutes during the transfer , for personal needs .
• Request of deleting the transfer service 5 days in advance, refunding the deposit.

Peschiera Transfer is not responsible and not guilty for any hitch or mistakes of communication or wrong dates, or half wrong information or details sent by the client per e-mail or during the transfer booking process .

MODALITA’ DI PRENOTAZIONE E DI PAGAMENTO :

Peschiera Transfer con la propria esperienza ventennale nel settore “servizi per il trasporto di persone” garantisce la serietà necessaria per potersi affidare a noi per le vostre esigenze di spostamento. Conosciamo alla perfezione il territorio della nostra operatività e tutte le svariate esigenze del singolo cliente. Affidandovi a noi sicuramente sarete in buone mani, voi e tutti i componenti della vostra famiglia. Nell’augurarvi un ottimo soggiorno esso sia sul Lago di Garda o nella vostra destinazione prescelta PeschieraTransfer è a vostra più completa disposizione.
Gentile Cliente , la compilazione del la scheda qui sopra non comporta titolo di vincolo da parte Sua con PeschieraTransfer fino al momento che le venga spedita tramite E-Mail la conferma della prenotazione da parte nostra. Sarà sempre PeschieraTransfer , una volta visionata la sua richiesta e costatato la disponibilità ad avere la prelazione e la convalida della prenotazione stessa.
Una volta che Lei ha inviato la Sua richiesta e per completare la prenotazione , PeschieraTransfer le invierà Un modulo Pay Pal ( sistema tra i più sicuri al mondo di transazioni di denaro) dove verrà richiesta una piccola somma di acconto o anticipo. ( Es. 20€ per transfer dall’aeroporto di Verona o Brescia , 40€ per Transfer dall’ aeroporto di Bergamo o simili, 60/70 € per Transfer dall’aeroporto di milano Malpensa o Milano Linate o simili). Il tempo utile per versare rimane entro e non oltre i tre gg. precedenti la data del Transfer da lei richiesto. L’acconto o anticipo le verranno scalati dalla somma totale dei costi del/i Transfer. Se da parte sua viene richiesto Transfer di Andata/Ritorno l’acconto o anticipo le verranno scalate al momento del Transfer di ritorno.
I transfer da noi effettuati vengono pagati singolarmente o all’autista o tramite accordi durante la fase di prenotazione.. PeschieraTransfer non richiede nessun supplemento di denaro in caso si verificassero le seguenti situazioni:
In caso di ritardo del volo
Sostituzione o modifica della data o orario di arrivo (valida solo se precedente i tre gg dalla data del Transfer primario )
Cambiamento dell’aeroporto di arrivo compatibile a livello kilometrico con l’aeroporto primario di prenotazione.
Soste brevi es. 5 min. durante il viaggio di transfer per esigenze personali.
Cancellazione del Transfer richiesto con restituzione d’acconto o anticipo entro i 5 gg. precedenti alla data di prenotazione del Transfer stesso.

PeschieraTransfer non si assume nessuna responsabilità e quindi non è colpevole di disguidi o errori nel caso specifico di comunicazioni o dati errate o parzialmente errate inviateci dal cliente tramite E-Mail per la prenotazione del Transfer.
